A message dated July 13 was received stating the Governor signed the                                                            
following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies to                                                         
the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 36(L&C)                                                                                       
     "An Act relating to an application for a license to operate as a                                                           
     dealer in motor vehicles; relating to the duties of a motor vehicle                                                        
     dealer; and requiring a dealer in motor vehicles to maintain
